We will be working with illustration for our first project. We have been building up to begin our Peace Poster project which is sponsored by the Hanover Lions Club and Lions Club International. All seventh grade art students will have their work displayed at the John Curtis Free library. Date TBA.

For those who are not in band or "k"orus, there will be an additional specialist class each term. We will use this time to further explore what we are doing in our year long art program. For our first project, Grade 7 Will look at the history of illustration from the first illustrations ever created, those in illuminated manuscripts such as the "Book of Kells". Students will create thier own "illumintaed" letters and use designs from the past and present.
